We offer Registered Mail which takes 2-3 business days for delivery and comes with tracking. Do note that delivery may take 2-5 business days during sale periods. If you're not home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. We also offer In-store Pickup at our Tampines store. Appointment booking is required and our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Saturday 12.30pm to 3pm.
Exchanges & Refunds
We strive for your satisfaction with our products. If you want to exchange an item, schedule an appointment here. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and within seven days of receipt. We do not accept returns or refunds except for defective items, which can be returned for a replacement within 7 days of receipt.

First time trying and its so comfortable
Been looking around for sports wears and this glowco apparels really make me fall in love. Their material is so good and is kind of dry fit. Had been getting their apparels since day 1 when I started to be apart of glowco.
The material is good, but it doesn't fit my face well. It's too loose, and I'm looking for a scarf that doesn't require me to pin it up for added security.
Was looking around online for a sports hijab, preferably local. Happy to come across GLOWco. Even happier when I saw you had a booth at the Curbside Crafters. Went down and tried. The lady sales assistant was very helpful, especially when the Mini was not in stock at the booth and assisted to have it sent by courier. Masya Allah, love the hijabs! Wore for my riding trip to Malaysia. Super convenient, cooling and airy. They're also fuss-free, simple, yet still presentable and pretty. I would consider wearing them anytime. Alhamdulillah. Thank you for selling. Thumbs up, lots of love!
