Q: How do I exchange my item?
A: Fill up this form to start your exchange^ process. Once your exchange is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation message to come by our store! Do note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Q: What is the time frame for exchanges?
A: 7 days upon receiving your item.
Q: What are the criteria(s) to fulfil an exchange?
A: When exchanging an item or items, kindly assure that all of the items must be:
- In its original packaging
- In its original condition
- Unused
Q: Do you accept returns and refund?
A: We do not accept returns or refunds.
Q: Are you able to guarantee an exchange in size for specific items?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to due to final clearance or supply demands. If an item is not in stock, we will offer an alternative product of a similar price. Otherwise, you would be able to top-up the balance via transfer.
