Q: What is the time frame for exchanges?
A: Upon arrival of your item, our Quality check team will take between 1-3 working days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed. Kindly note that you will have to bear shipment cost (Standard SGD 5) for the items to be returned.
Q: How do I exchange my item?
A: Check that it falls within the category or categories below. If so, submit the form below for us to process. You will receive an exchange slip, an invoice to be pasted onto the package and payment invoice for the shipment of the new package.
1. Wrong colour/size from the one(s) you purchased
2. Item received was already defective
3. Item can only be exchanged within 7 days (ONE WEEK) of receiving the package.
Q: What are the criteria(s) to fulfill an exchange?
A: When exchanging an item or items, kindly assure that all of items must be:
1. In it's original packaging
2. All tags must be in place
3. Items unused
Q: Do you accept return and refund?
A: We do not accept returns or refunds.We do, however, accept exchanges.
After we have processed the Exchange Form, you will receive an exchange slip, an invoice to be pasted onto the package and payment details for the shipment of the new package.
There will be a courier fee of SGD5 for the items to be exchanged. This will include both scheduled pick up (Between 12-6pm of your preferred date) and delivery. Do also note that due to final clearance or supply demands, certain items will not be available in stock.
