Exchange and Gifts
Q: What is the time frame for exchanges?
A: Upon arrival of your item, our Quality check team will take between 1-3 working days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed. Kindly note that you will have to bear shipment cost (Standard SGD 5) for the items to be returned.
Q: How do I exchange my item?
A: Check that it falls within the category or categories below. If so, submit this form for us to process. You will receive an exchange slip, an invoice to be pasted onto the package and payment invoice for the shipment of the new package.

A: Simply type in the code provided into the discount code bar at the check out!

A: It could be that the code has expired or has not been activated yet. Kindly check the code’s terms and condition, otherwise, do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a confirmation.

A: We will state in the voucher’s terms if there are any brands not eligible for the code given.

Delivery and Shipping Fees
Q. What if i miss a delivery?
A: For local and international missed delivery (REGISTERED ONLY), our courier will attempt to deliver at least 2 times. They may contact you to reschedule the delivery.
Q: What types of deliveries are there?
A: The types of deliveries available in Singapore are Registered mail and normal mail. Registered mail has a tracking number and we will send you the link to track you order delivery. Registered mail takes 1-4 days after we have processed your order and shipped out. Normal mail does not have tracking number and no link to a courier. We are not liable for any loss during the delivery after we have shipped out your purchase.
