We offer Registered Mail which takes 3-5 business days for delivery and comes with tracking. Do note that during sale periods, deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days. If you're not home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. If you opt for pickup at our Tampines store, you'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and within 14 days of receipt.
