Shipping Information

We offer Registered Mail which takes 3-5 business days for delivery and comes with tracking. Do note that during sale periods, deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days. If you're not home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. If you opt for pickup at our Tampines store, you'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Exchanges & Refunds

We strive for your satisfaction with our products. If you want to exchange an item, schedule an appointment here. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns or refunds except for defective items, which can be returned for a replacement within 14 days of receipt.
