Shipping Information
We offer Registered Mail which takes 3-5 business days for delivery and comes with tracking. Do note that during sale periods, deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days. If you're not home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. We also offer In-store Pickup at our Tampines store. Appointment booking is required and our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Saturday 12.30pm to 4pm.
Exchanges & Refunds
We strive for your satisfaction with our products. If you want to exchange an item, schedule an appointment here. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and within seven days of receipt. We do not accept returns or refunds except for defective items, which can be returned for a replacement within 14 days of receipt.
